One Step Center The OSC teen drop in center focuses on teen wellness, in all aspects of wellness; emotional, physical and environmental. Transitional Aged Youth assists 18-24 year olds on Tuesdays from 10-1:30 to discuss issues and challenges they are facing and to work toward solutions! High School Bigs & Littles Interested High School students volunteer to meet after school at least one day a week to mentor a youth and assist with homework, social skills and encourage them to keep a positive outlook in life. There are several after-school locations: Community Mentoring The traditional Big Brothers Big Sisters relationship, where Mentors (Bigs) and Mentees (Littles) get together on their own to share fun activities they both enjoy. Matches typically meet for one hour a week. Getting together is a great time for both the Mentor and Mentee. It doesn’t require a special occasion or expensive activities; just a few hours every month to share the simple things you already like to do.
