Online Staff Resources

Using the new site

  • At the bottom of each page is a "Sign In" link.
  • Sign in and then revisit the homepage for easier navigation.
  • After you are signed in your will see links for editing the web pages as you navigate the site.  
  • All staff members are able to edit all of the pages, changes are tracked. 
  • Each program has a separate site.  Mentees, Mentors and others can be given the ability to edit the pages for only a specific program's site if they have a Google account of their own..
  • To update the calendar simply sign in to Calendar and add the item to the main program calendar.  Be sure to put it on the correct calendar.
  • Announcements are added by clicking New Post on the Announcements page (after you are signed in of course).
